After several frustrating conversations with other realtors, my wife and I had the pleasure of being introduced through a mutual friend when we made the decision to sell our home in Colorado and relocate to Wisconsin. From the start, Michele laid out the process, set clear expectations, and answered all the concerns and questions we had regarding the selling process. She provided advice on how to present the home without making large investments in staging efforts and directed repairs that were only absolutely necessary to the sale process. As we settled into our new home in Wisconsin, Michele called immediately after the closing to inform that the deal was done. We had achieved what all the other realtors said was not possible; selling our home in a tough housing market in less than 60 days. Without hesitation, I would pick Michele over and over for any real estate transaction that might be in our family’s future.
